Brad built a life grounded in hard work and dedication.
Brad built a life grounded in hard work and dedication. He began in construction alongside his father with Wood’s Home Improvement, learning the value of steady effort and practical skill. He later went to work for Coca-Cola, where he served as a driver and supervisor over the course of 20 years. In time, he continued his career with Groendyke Transport as a fuel delivery driver, and later as an instructor and trainer, sharing his knowledge and experience with others.
Above all, Brad’s life was deeply connected to his family. He is survived by his son, Wesley Wood, and by Wesley’s wife, Cassandra Wood, as well as his granddaughter, Hazel Wood. He is also survived by his sister, Beverly Wood. Judy Adrian, the mother of his son Wesley, remains among those who shared an important part of Brad’s life, and Adam Adrian is also remembered among his family and friends. He is further survived by his nieces, Lizza Mashburn, Valene Spann, and Krystal Jones, who carry forward his memory with love.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Wood and Lila Wood, and by his sister, Val Wood. Their memories remained a lasting part of his life, and now he is reunited with those who went before him.
Brad will be remembered as a man who worked hard, took pride in what he did, and devoted himself to providing for those he loved. His memory lives on in his family, in the lives he touched through his work, and in the love that continues to surround his name.
